This is a test of a chatbot that we could use to capture leads / answer FAQ’s and much more. It integrates with Zapier and has dedicated apps (phone,desktop,email) for the staff to reply if needed. The great thing about a system like this is we can automate a majority of it so no human has to be online to chat/respond.
Im just getting it setup but wanted to share with you to play around with.
