No-Limit Make-Up Lesson Policy
We know that schedules can change suddenly and unexpectedly. For this reason, we offer unlimited lesson rescheduling. Our easy-to-use online student portal allows you to cancel and reschedule individual music sessions without requiring direct communication with our staff. Should you prefer assistance, we’d be happy to handle the scheduling changes on your behalf.
Bi-Annual Performance Events
Pasadena Music Academy coordinates two student recital opportunities each year, generally at the magnificent Boston Court Pasadena. These showcases function as motivational targets for wind students while providing a stage to share their musical achievements with family and friends.

Student Safety Protocols
The safety of our students and families is our most important priority. We maintain strict security measures: thorough background checks for all staff and teaching faculty, surveillance equipment in every teaching room with recordings saved for 60 days, an open-access policy welcoming you to join your child’s lesson at any time, and viewing windows in all spaces (except drum rooms due to sound needs).
Annual Complimentary Photo Sessions
Every year, we organize a free professional photography event for all students. Wind students can bring their instrument to the shoot and dress however they choose. Our adult wind students are equally welcome to participate!
