Student Achievement Recognition System

At Pasadena Music Academy, we use certificates, recognition bands, and progress stickers to monitor student advancement from levels 1-10, much like the ranking progression used in martial arts training. This organized, nationally-recognized program (called Level Up) is completely free and optional for all learners. Providing students with an enjoyable, concrete way to celebrate their success motivates them to practice and push beyond their current abilities.

Unlimited Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans shift quickly for busy professionals and families. That’s why we offer unlimited makeup lessons at no extra charge. Our convenient online student portal allows you to cancel and reschedule private music sessions independently, or our team can handle the arrangements if you prefer personal assistance.

Twice-Annual Performance Opportunities

Pasadena Music Academy organizes two student recital events each year, usually at the stunning Boston Court Pasadena. These showcases give students meaningful goals to work toward while offering a venue to share their musical progress with family and friends.

Professional Facility With Free Parking

Our modern facility includes a welcoming parent waiting area stocked with complimentary resources: wireless internet, refreshments, warm beverages, reading materials, device charging stations, comfort seating, and activity books for children. Plenty of free parking is available right in front of our school entrance.

Student Safety Protocols

Protecting our students is our highest priority. We conduct background checks on all staff members and instructors. Every teaching room also features surveillance cameras, which retain footage for two months. Additionally, we welcome parents to join their children’s lessons at any time. Each lesson room has observational windows, excluding drum rooms due to soundproofing needs.

Complimentary Professional Photo Day

Each year, we arrange a free photography session with a professional photographer. Students may bring their instruments to the shoot and choose their own clothing. Adult learners are welcome to participate, too!
