“Big 3” School Policies

1. School Breaks and Holidays

Our schools are open every week of the year, excluding the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years (one week), Spring Break and Summer Break (the week of Independence Day). The school will also be closed on the following holidays: Memorial Day and New Year’s Day. The student will have an average of 4 (four) lessons per month during the course of each year (one class per week).

2. Make-Up Lesson Policy

To reschedule your lesson, you need to cancel your lesson at least 16 hours before your scheduled time. If you miss the deadline to reschedule your lesson, you can still request a prerecorded lesson from your teacher up until the start time of your scheduled lesson. Make-up lessons can not be rescheduled again. However, you can request a prerecorded lesson, if you can not attend your make-up lesson.

3. Cancellation Policy

All programs automatically continue on a month-to-month basis. Cancellation notice needs to be submitted latest by the 15th of the month. If cancellation notice is received after the 15th of the month, lessons will be stopped at the end of the following month.
